We would love for you to join us at our Strength Training Clinic for Runners event on January 17th, 2026!

This will be a very interactive clinic where we have short parts of education and long parts of moving, practicing runner-specific strength training activities, and learning how to mobilize our bodies more effectively for running performance.

Columbus Running Company has also graciously offered $15 footwear gift cards for all attendees that you will receive at the event as well!
