We promise that you will never see us bouncing around between different clients during your time here. All appointments are uninterrupted 45-60 minute sessions.
Services Offered at Outlive Performance Physical Therapy
We offer full outpatient physical therapy services that treat a variety of conditions and ailments; including shoulder, back, hip, knee, and neck pain (among others) as well as pelvic floor and women’s health physical therapy.
Our primary focus is on functional movement and pain management, as well as longevity and injury prevention.
We encourage our clients to actively participate in their treatment process, both during sessions at the clinic and while following the prescribed home exercise program. We emphasize an engaged approach rather than passive treatment, expecting your involvement to maximize the effectiveness of your therapy.
Evaluation of pain & movement patterns
We take a comprehensive approach to your physical therapy treatment, focusing on optimizing your body's movement patterns to address the root cause of your discomfort. Our process begins with a thorough assessment of your body's movement as a whole. We believe that understanding how your body functions as a unit is essential for effective treatment.
It's important to recognize that the source of your pain may not always be where you feel it. Our goal is to identify any major movement patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Exercise volume
& load recommendations
In conjunction with addressing your larger movement discrepancies, we implement targeted interventions to relieve pain and discomfort in the specific areas of irritation. This involves the precise dosing of exercise volume and load tailored to your individual needs and capabilities. Our goal is to optimize your body's response to rehabilitation while minimizing the risk of aggravating your symptoms.
Pelvic floor/Women’s Health physical therapy
Pelvic floor physical therapy is designed for anyone experiencing pelvic pain, low back or hip discomfort, incontinence, poor pressure management, or those preparing for or recovering from birth.
Through targeted movement training, progressive loading, and evidence-based strategies, we help you build resilience, reduce pain, and reconnect with the strength and coordination of your core and pelvic floor. Our goal is to empower you to move confidently, return to the activities you love, and improve your overall fitness and function.

Wellness & injury prevention
Our preferred area of focus is on preventative treatment to address movement dysfunctions and mobility deficits before they lead to injury, and to enhance performance in both the gym and daily activities.
During intervention treatment, we design a personalized corrective exercise program consisting of 3-4 key activities tailored to your specific needs, which you can incorporate into your regular routine.
Follow-up appointments typically occur every 2-3 weeks or monthly for progress assessment and adjustments to ensure you stay on track. This approach is centered around corrective exercises, with ample at-home practice between sessions to optimize results.
Dry needling & manual therapy
Our targeted interventions also include dry needling, manual therapy, mobility activities, and more. By combining these therapeutic treatments, we aim to address both the immediate symptoms and underlying causes of your condition. Our goal is to actively manage any imbalances we identify during treatment, reducing the likelihood of needing future intervention.
